Delivery
Orders will usually be despatched within 4 working days, you will be kept informed in the unlikely event of a delay. We will do our best to have your order delivered as quickly as possible. Your order may arrive in seperate parcels.
Personalised items - Personalised items will take longer, there is a delivery estimate on the shop page. All our personalised ranges are made by hand just for you and a lot of care and attention goes into each item.
There is a flat rate delivery charge of £4.95 no matter how much you order and orders over £100 we will ship free.

Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Please contact us by e-mail prior to returning anything to us. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Faulty items - The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt and a full refund or exchange will be ofered if the item is faulty.
Unwanted items - In the case of non faulty items, they must be returned within 7 days, complete with tags, in the same condition they were sent out in and an exchange will be offered.
Please obtain proof of postage for any items returned and remember to include your order reference and your details in the package. Items with a value of £30 or more should be sent by recorded delivery.

International Customers
If you live outside of the UK, please submit your order by e-mail. I will reply with a shipping estimate and confirm that all items are eligible to be sent to your country. If you are happy with the delivery cost and would like to go ahead with your order I will send you an invoice to be paid through paypal. Please do not order directly through the website as it will give incorrect shipping costs.
