Orders will usually be despatched within 2 working days, you will be kept informed in the unlikely event of a delay. Personalised items will take longer, there is a delivery estimate on the shop page. We will do our best to have your order delivered as quickly as possible. There is a flat rate delivery charge of £4.95 no matter how much you order and orders over £100 shipping is free.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so returns are accepted. The item must be returned within 7 days of reciept and a full refund or exchange will be issued if the item is faulty. In the case of non faulty items, they must be returned within 7 days, complete with tags, in the same condition they were sent out in and an exchange will be offered. Please obtain proof of postage for any items returned and remember to include your order reference and your details in the package.

International customers - Please enquire about shipping costs to your destination before ordering. If you decide to go ahead then a paypal invoice will be sent for your order as ordering through the website will give incorrect shipping costs.
